There are 305 residential stands on the estate, most of which have already been built on. Fewer than 20% are occupied by tenants. A cosmopolitan mix of local and international residents live part time or permanently on the estate.
The roads, named after birds of prey, are interlaced between mature indigenous trees, offering regular sightings of jackal, giraffe, zebra and wildebeest and many species of antelope.
Single storey thatched dwellings are built to architectural specifications aimed at reducing the environmental footprint on the estate and blending into the natural environment.
Two reservoirs supply residents of the estate in times of water shortages.
